Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Singapore. Every parcel is sent with registered tracking, and we provide the tracking number, proof of postage and dispatch photographs for every order.

Free shipping

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $300. Orders below $300 are charged at checkout according to destination and weight.

Processing time

We pack and dispatch within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Each specimen is packed individually.

Delivery estimates

United States: 8-15 business days Canada and Europe: 8-20 business days Asia: within 10 business days

These estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and do not account for customs clearance, which is outside our control.

Delivery times lengthen from late October through December. If you need a piece by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Insurance

Insurance is required on all orders of $500 and above and is charged at checkout. Insurance is available on request for smaller orders — contact us before ordering.  

Expedited courier services are available for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote to your destination.

Address requirements

We require a deliverable street address, a contact phone number and an email address. Couriers and customs authorities use these to reach you, and a parcel with no reachable contact may be delayed or returned.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is current at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address supplied incorrectly.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer, except where these are collected at checkout.

We cannot declare a lower value or mark a parcel as a gift.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, or for parcels refused or returned because duties were not paid.

Lost parcels

Once tracking confirms a parcel has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier and, where applicable, the insurer. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details.
